IBCL Controls does not email reset links yet — an administrator sets a new temporary password for you.
Company staff (finance, site, HR, etc.)
Ask your company administrator. They open Users, choose your account, and click Reset password. You sign in with the temporary password they give you.

Contact the IBCL platform operator at mugjoshua66@gmail.com. They reset your login from Platform → Registered tenants.

Default password is IbclControls2026! unless your server sets PLATFORM_OPERATOR_PASSWORD in .env, then restart the app. The app syncs that value on startup.
